We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote our portfolio of products, solutions, and services to architectural firms, design build firms, and government architects in the Washington, DC area.
What You Will Do
- Develop long-term architectural customers.
- Develop short-term and long-term project pipelines.
- Network within architectural firms through local CSI & DHI.
- Collaborate with local territory team with sales alignment.

Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, architectural design, engineering, business, or a related field, with relevant experience.
- Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
- CDT and DHC certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Ability to travel up to 50% within territory
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- AHC certification (preferred)
- Experience utilizing Sandler sales methodology (preferred)
