We are seeking an IT Program Manager (AI) to lead and coordinate our growing portfolio of AI initiatives. This high-visibility position requires someone who can bring structure to complexity and engage confidently at executive level.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and drive the strategic program roadmap for AI initiatives.
- Prepare executive-ready decision papers and investment proposals.
- Lead end-to-end program management across the full AI initiative lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures and control frameworks.
- Manage vendor performance and contractual obligations for AI-related engagements.
- Monitor AI technology trends and bring informed, practical recommendations to program strategy.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in program and project management, with deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging and driving decisions with C-suite executives and have strong vendor and partner management experience.
- 8+ years leading complex, international IT implementation programs
- Proven track record managing programs with budgets exceeding $5M
- Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated success presenting to and influencing C-level executives
- Strong vendor and partner management experience
- AI domain expertise with hands-on implementation experience
