Are you an accurate and resilient payroll administrator seeking a new challenge? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at managing deadlines? We are looking for a dedicated payroll expert to take responsibility for the timely and reliable payroll administration of three companies, each with specific payment schedules, in a highly independent role within a collegiate team.
Making an Impact: Your Key Responsibilities
- Process salary data using the AFAS application
- Verify input and output of salary data from HR and other departments
- Perform gross-to-net salary calculations
- Provide information to the Finance department as required
- Handle wage tax and pension declarations
- Supply necessary information to tax authorities, insurance, and pension companies
- Respond to employee queries via email and phone
- Manage interim accounts in collaboration with the Finance department

Who We're Looking For: Your Profile
We are seeking a proactive and assertive professional with higher vocational (HBO) work and thinking level, holding a PDL, VPS diploma, or equivalent qualification. You will have demonstrable relevant experience in payroll administration, preferably from a payroll processing agency or firm. A strong grasp of the Office suite, especially with AFAS experience, is highly valued. You possess excellent numerical insight, are meticulously accurate, and always put the client first. Your communication skills are paramount, and you are collegial, eager to learn, and flexible, with a proven track record of handling wage and pension declarations.
- Higher vocational (HBO) work and thinking level
- PDL, VPS diploma, or equivalent
- Proven relevant experience in payroll administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AFAS is a plus
- Strong numerical insight and client-centric approach
