We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team, responsible for the efficient organisation of our buildings and facility processes. You will work independently, bringing structure and oversight to multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations for maintenance, projects, and facility services through daily communication with colleagues and suppliers.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Organise and manage building and facility processes effectively
  • Maintain oversight and structure across various company locations
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities
  • Oversee facility-related projects from inception to completion
  • Manage daily communications with colleagues and external suppliers
  • Ensure efficient delivery of all facility services
  • Proactively identify and address potential operational issues

Who We're Looking For


We are looking for a forward-thinking, organised, and confident Facilities Coordinator who excels at prioritisation and decision-making. You will maintain a clear overview of operations, work systematically, and be capable of making firm decisions, even when it means saying no. Clear communication with colleagues and suppliers, combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure or during escalations, is essential for this role.

Your technical understanding and experience with relevant systems will be crucial in managing our facilities. We value a proactive approach and someone who is committed to continuous improvement in facility management.

  • Minimum MBO Level 4+ qualification, ideally in facility services, property management, or engineering
  • HBO education is a plus, but not essential
  • Three to seven years of experience in building management or facility coordination
  • Foundational technical knowledge
  • Experience with systems such as Topdesk
  • Ability to think proactively and set priorities
  • Strong organisational and structured working approach
  • Confident and decisive decision-making skills
