Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an attractive, sales-promoting presentation of our goods, while following the VM guidelines, and bring in your own ideas
• Decorate the shop window mannequins in an inspiring way
• Analyze the sales figures and KPIs with the help of the Merchandise Management System and use these insights to optimize the presentation and alignment of the collections
• Apply centrally developed sales strategies and concepts to your presentations within the stores
• Optimize the sales results upwards by presenting the goods in a creative and appealing way
• Show your colleagues how to correctly implement the VM standards
• Seize profitable measures whenever you see an opportunity

• Retail sales training with sound professional experience in Visual Merchandising
• Or training as a designer for visual marketing or in a similar creative profession
• Analytical skills that help you turn sales figures into solutions
• Planning and organizational talent; you work closely with the store manager to set priorities and create a plan for the respective week
• Affinity for business management processes and a confident handling of area key figures/merchandise management systems
