We are looking for a Manager Corporate Recruitment to lead our internal recruitment efforts and the acquisition of new franchise entrepreneurs. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and operational effectiveness, focusing on building strong networks, understanding market dynamics, and developing innovative recruitment solutions. You will lead the Corporate Recruitment team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously elevate our recruitment quality and results.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop, execute, and secure the annual recruitment plan.
- Make strategic decisions to achieve organisational goals and KPIs.
- Strengthen Olympia's employer brand with the marketing team.
- Monitor labour market trends and act as an active radar within networks.
- Further develop recruitment services and assessment methodologies.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Corporate Recruitment team.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
- Advise entrepreneurs and managers on complex recruitment issues.
- Oversee and enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager Corporate Recruitment with a proven track record in a similar senior recruitment or management role. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an analytical mind. You should be adept at building and leveraging networks, with excellent knowledge of the labour market.
Your ability to communicate effectively, lead situationally, and think critically will be key to your success. We value individuals who can inspire and motivate teams, and who are results-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to quality. A positive attitude and a driver's license B are essential for this role, as you will be visiting various branches and events.
- Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior recruitment or management role.
- Proven leadership experience.
