dormakaba is looking for a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, coach and supervise production activities and employees, ensuring production schedules and quality levels are met.
What You'll Be Doing
- Achieve performance goals related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Support, communicate and manage compliance with all safety programs, policies and procedures.
- Maintain cross-training matrix that reflects competencies for each employee.
- Organise and manage work to utilise available skills, knowledge, experience, labour hours, machines and tooling.
- Provide regular training, instruction, and guidance.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience in a production environment, including 2+ years in a leadership position. The ideal candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints, perform basic mathematical calculations, and have experience with hand tools and various metals.
