- Drive demand for assigned portfolios to achieve annual sales targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with established end-user accounts

Who Will Excel in This Role?
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative with a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with an ability to understand and address complex customer needs. You should be comfortable with significant travel and capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM software, account management experience, and knowledge of the construction industry or door hardware products are highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to a global team, continuously learning and adapting to new challenges.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- High school diploma or greater education
- Ability to travel 50% or more
- Must reside in the Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta area
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with Customer Relations Management software (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Account Management Experience
- Construction industry experience and/or knowledge of door hardware product lines is a plus
