Join our team as an experienced Service Scheduler, where you will be instrumental in coordinating and optimizing the schedules of our technicians. This dynamic role requires a keen ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced work environment, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the Service team for customer enquiries
- Communicate with technicians to coordinate work requirements and schedules
- Liaise with customers regarding site expectations and job timeframes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order entry
- Develop, implement, and update monthly Preventative Maintenance plans
- Ensure all technician inductions remain current and compliant
- Provide customers with updates on service delivery, progress, and completion reports via customer portals

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Service Scheduler with a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to plan, organize, and oversee service delivery, performing effectively under pressure. You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and possess strong time management skills. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or ServiceMax, along with exposure to various customer portals, will be highly regarded, demonstrating your ability to adapt and integrate into our operational systems.
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills
- Proven ability to plan, organise, and oversee service delivery
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
