Join Vermaat as an HR Business Partner and play a vital role in optimising the employee experience for our staff and managers. You will be a sparring partner for managers in the Business Units, working with one of the largest hospitality employers in the Netherlands.


What You'll Be Doing?

  • Serve as a sparring partner and advisor for regional and location managers.
  • Provide advice on HR issues and individual cases.
  • Contribute to HR themes such as eNPS, absenteeism, culture, talent management, and leadership.
  • Identify and provide practical solutions based on observations in the business unit.
  • Support and coach managers in implementing HR instruments.
  • Implement HR strategies, considering company culture and HR data.

Who We're Looking For?

You should be able to work independently, quickly adapt to changing priorities, and be willing to travel throughout the Netherlands.

  • Completed HBO education in HR.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Success-driven with strong persuasive abilities.
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and switch quickly between tasks.
