Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Respond to fault reports and technical inquiries.
  • Analyze and diagnose issues, developing solutions and workarounds.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers.
  • Accurately record and categorize fault reports in the ticket system.
  • Create knowledge articles and FAQs.
  • Test workarounds and software patches.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in complex software and hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You should be a self-starter with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently. Experience in technical support (2nd/3rd level) or as a service engineer with field experience is essential.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
  • Professional training in computer science, electrical engineering, or communications engineering.
  • Proficiency in Windows, databases, network technology, web and distributed software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
