What You'll Be Doing?

  • Design and deliver AI-driven solutions to improve IT operations and services
  • Manage and coordinate an agile AI development squad

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to drive AI-led transformation within the IT organization. The ideal candidate will have proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership. Experience facilitating AI workshops and a consulting mindset to support idea generation and initiative development is highly desirable.

  • University degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
  • 8+ years of experience leading software development teams
  • 4-6 years in AI solution development using Microsoft Foundry
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience facilitating AI workshops
  • Fluency in English
