Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Supply Review process and contribute to Pre-SIOP activities.
• Develop and maintain an accurate Master Production Schedule based on capacity and material availability.
• Identify constraints and create production or procurement proposals to mitigate risks.
• Run solution scenarios to adapt to demand changes, including subcontracting and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain and optimize MRP planning parameters such as safety stock and lot sizing rules.
• Analyze performance trends and drive improvements to supply plan execution.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production to reconcile plan vs. execution.
• Provide timely resolution of supply issues and enhance cross-functional alignment.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner with a solid background in manufacturing or supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a proven ability to manage complex planning processes. You should be adept at working with ERP/MRP systems and have exposure to S&OP or Pre-SIOP processes, ready to make an immediate impact on our supply chain efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory control, or materials management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Exposure to S&OP or Pre-SIOP processes.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
