As a Senior Project Engineer for Subsea Cables at Boskalis, you will be instrumental in the technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring they align with contractual obligations and client requirements. You will play a crucial role in the execution of subsea construction, IRM, or decommissioning projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of vital offshore energy infrastructure. Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Provide engineered and safe execution of subsea projects in collaboration with the Lead Engineer or Project Manager.
- Support project teams in delivering subsea construction, IRM, or decommissioning scopes.
- Travel to onshore and offshore worksites to ensure work scopes meet planned specifications.
- Utilize the newest technical requirements to support project execution.
- Uphold Boskalis' NINA (No Accidents, No Incidents) way of working.
- Assist, train, and guide trainee and project engineers.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer with a passion for subsea and offshore energy environments. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and hold a Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical engineering, or naval architecture. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of planning and organizing complex project tasks effectively. A willingness to travel internationally to both onshore and offshore worksites is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered according to approved procedures and business processes. - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Affinity with the subsea/offshore energy working environment.
