Join dormakaba Bulgaria as a Technical Sales Support Specialist, where you'll be the first point of contact for international distributors, providing remote technical guidance and assisting in preparing quotations to drive successful order closures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for international distributors, partners, and consultants.
- Provide remote technical guidance on product selection and configurations.
- Support distributors in preparing quotations, offers, and proposals.
- Prepare project-based quotations using approved configurators and pricing tools.
- Customize technical documentation for specific markets and projects.
- Track and manage project inquiries using CRM systems.
- Advise on multi-product and complex building projects.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to support product development.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Specialist with experience in technical sales, application engineering, or distributor-facing roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams. Familiarity with building products, construction systems, or access solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience in technical sales support or application engineering
- Familiarity with building products and construction systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project-based configurators and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong remote collaboration skills
