Your Key Responsibilities
- Translate organisational needs into future-proof solutions
- Conduct market analysis to provide concrete advice
- Manage (primarily European) procurement procedures independently
- Ensure procurement processes adhere to regulations
- Collaborate with contract managers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to improving the procurement function
- Transfer completed tenders to contract management

What This Role Offers
This role offers a competitive salary within the Cao Ziekenhuizen (FWG 60), up to €6.098 gross per month based on 36 hours. You'll also receive a holiday allowance, an end-of-year bonus, and excellent secondary employment conditions.
From the start, a personal development plan will be created with attention to training, guidance, and growth. The organisation offers flexibility in working arrangements, with hybrid options available from home or the Utrecht office.

You should be skilled in stakeholder management, able to ask the right questions, and focused on content while maintaining positive relationships. Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach, and results-oriented mindset are essential.
- HBO or WO working and thinking level
- Relevant procurement training (e.g., Nevi or InkoopAcademie)
- Minimum three years of experience with procurement processes
- Experience with European tenders
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Clear vision on procurement and contract management
