Your Key Responsibilities
- Guide complex procurement processes within the IV domain, including information management, IT, and information security & privacy.
- Translate organisational needs into suitable procurement strategies and tenders.
- Collaborate with contract managers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Independently execute (primarily European) tenders, monitoring the process, quality, and interests of all parties.
- Provide a smooth transfer to contract management after tendering.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a robust and approachable procurement professional who is at ease within a complex, evolving organisation. You should be capable of engaging stakeholders, asking insightful questions, and balancing analytical acumen with a relational approach. A solid understanding of IT dynamics and the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions are essential.
- HBO or WO working and thinking level
- Relevant procurement education
- Several years of experience with procurement processes within the framework of the Public Procurement Act
- Experience with European tenders
- Affinity with IT/IV domains
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
