We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop innovative, efficient, and market-driven mechanical systems. This role requires expertise in mechanical design and analysis, cost estimation and control, and the optimization of industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply best practices and advanced methodologies in Scrum teams
- Create 2D/3D CAD models and technical documentation
- Develop components ready for serial production
- Lead for LCM measures
- Participate in technical reviews and FMEAs
- Develop accurate cost estimates for new product designs
- Collaborate with testing, production engineering, and purchasing teams

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in an industrial company. They possess in-depth knowledge of CAD software (Solid Works) and common engineering tools, with excellent English skills. German is a plus. They are innovative, data-driven, and customer-aware, with solid communication skills.
