Shape and improve our global customer journey by designing, standardising, and continuously improving end-to-end Commercial processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop standardised processes and procedures.
- Analyse current processes for improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for business change requests.
- Identify process pain points and prioritise improvements.
- Maintain pragmatic process maps and documentation.
- Coordinate and execute testing of updates.
- Monitor process maturity levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Process Management and 5+ years of experience in the corresponding business domain. You should also have 3+ years of experience in business process modelling, process optimisation, and process design, as well as experience working with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and Salesforce.
