We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to act as the primary contact for sales, manage order intake, and coordinate logistics.
Your Daily Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for Sales regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Receive and review incoming orders and technical documentation from Sales
- Align order priorities with Production Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- Coordinate shipment planning and dispatch scheduling with Logistics
- Oversee the full order lifecycle
- Maintain accurate tracking in ERP and reporting tools
- Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Who We Need
We are looking for someone with experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or Manufacturing coordination
- Experience with ERP systems and order tracking processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong coordination and prioritization skills
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
