dormakaba is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to promote their North American portfolio of products, solutions, and services to architectural firms, design build firms and government architects in the greater Tampa or Orlando, Florida area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop long-term architectural customers by creating relationships.
- Develop short-term and long-term project pipelines.
- Network with architects and industry leaders through CSI, AIA, and DHI events.
- Collaborate with local territory team with sales alignment.
- Ensure coverage for completed specifications.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in construction management, architectural design, engineering, or business, and the ability to obtain required certifications within 12 months of hire.
- Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% within territory
- Current CDT and DHC certifications or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
