As a multimodule SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the development, continuous improvement, global rollout, and support of group-wide HR IT solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. You will design and implement HR processes in close collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with global standards.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Gather system requirements from HR stakeholders through workshops
- Configure Employee Central modules, business rules, and data models
- Provide expert consulting to Global Process Owners and Key Users
- Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage external partners to ensure project and service outcomes

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with over 10 years in senior consulting or solution architecture roles, demonstrating expert functional and technical guidance across multiple HR domains. You should have a proven track record in leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts, ensuring successful delivery of scalable and compliant HR IT solutions. A strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture, along with relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications, is essential. The ideal candidate will thrive in international, cross-functional environments, possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and be results-driven and solution-oriented. Proficiency in German (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1) is required.
- 10+ years as Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Solution Architect
- Proven track record in leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., PM, S&D, Compensation)
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments
- Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- German (B2) and English (C1) language skills
