dormakaba is seeking a Regional Operations Controller to develop strategic operations controlling tools and methods, ensuring increased performance, risk mitigation, and competitiveness.
What You Will Do
- Support Mid Term Plan, forecasting and budgeting for Global Operations
- Lead regional operations reporting and forecasting
- Develop financial scenarios for supply chain and strategic projects
- Evaluate depth of production and technological vs. economic benefits
- Develop KPIs to drive performance of individual departments

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of controlling expertise and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. Prior management/leadership experience is essential. A Master’s degree in business (MBA) and project management experience are preferred.
