We are seeking a Commercial Account Support Specialist to create, process, and execute customer orders for products, projects, and services. Ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems and provide excellent customer support.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create, process, and execute customer orders.
  • Ensure accurate entry of order data into ERP systems.
  • Generate and issue invoices.
  • Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support quote preparation for the Sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Log and follow up on customer complaints.
  • Prepare performance and process reports.

Who We Are Looking For


The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field, and experience in order management, customer service, or sales support within a B2B environment. You should have experience with ERP and CRM systems, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in Italian and English are essential.
