Who We're Seeking
We are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Management. The ideal candidate possesses advanced technical proficiency in Salesforce and ERP implementations, along with a background in manufacturing or complex B2B environments. A continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma are highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 10+ years in Sales Operations or CRM Management
- Advanced technical proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP)
- Experience implementing master data management strategies
