What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality from external providers
- Manage Incident and Request processes, including Major Incident coordination
- Conduct regular service reviews and performance reporting
- Deliver trend analysis, RCA quality, and sustainable fixes
- Oversee daily IT operations across Network, Workplace, Datacenter, and Cloud services

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong knowledge of ITIL practices. They should have proven ability in SLA/KPI management and supplier governance, as well as excellent communication and escalation skills. Experience with ServiceNow and reporting tools is preferred.
