We are seeking an IT Governance & Processes Expert to define and manage the IT Governance Framework. You will ensure consistent standards, policies, and methodologies across Global IT, assisting in the design and improvement of ITSM processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and own the IT Governance Framework
- Design and improve ITSM processes
- Establish IT process management methodology
- Lead maturity assessments and drive improvement initiatives
- Manage external consulting firms
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Support tool-related governance
- Facilitate executive-level communication

Who Are We Looking For?
