dormakaba Bulgaria is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to perform quality control of incoming goods, participate in maintaining the quality management system, and interact with suppliers.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Participate in maintaining and improving the quality management system.
- Execute internal audits and assist in preparation for external audits.
- Perform control of samples for new products and product changes.
- Conduct geometrical and visual control of deliveries.
- Monitor the quality of documentation from suppliers.
- Initiate official complaints for discrepancies.
- Participate in processing complaints to suppliers.

Ideal Candidate Attributes
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist with experience in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of quality management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control
- Ability to work with measuring instruments
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
