We are looking for a Commercial Account Support Specialist to manage customer orders and support sales activities. Ensure smooth order-to-cash processes and provide excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Create, process, and execute customer orders
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of order data into ERP systems
- Generate and issue invoices
- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Conduct lead generation activities
- Prepare periodic reports for performance tracking

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with experience in sales operations, customer service, or order management. You should have strong technical and communication skills, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Commercial or Industrial Management
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and ERP
- CRM tools experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent command of English
